How to connect the menu directly to the slide

I would like to connect the menu on the top of the page to each slide.

I tried to add direct links to the menu like http://domain.com/#slide4

But when I use this the whole page refreshes.

How can I connect the menu items to each slide so that when the user clicks on a link the page slides up or down and does not refresh?

So I want each menu item to be related to a slide.

Right now as you can see when you click on a link in the menu the whole page refreshes before you are taken to the right slide. But I would like to be able to simply slide up or down when clicking on a link.

I tried using the documentation but I cannot solve my problem.

I even tried to remove the whole header and the menu and build the whole menu layer on the Static Layer but I cannot get rid of the Logo Nelva. So I’m pretty much stuck there

You want to configure a slider or want to replace the logo ? Please specify the problem more specifically .
