How to add footer menu

Hi

I would like to add a footer menu on the bottom of each page.  I can see footer sections but nothing resembling assigning the menu.

 

Please advise how I can do this.  Website is listed in private

 

Also how can I get rid of the posts title at the top of every page?

I do have a concern:  The Footers and Section plugin has not been updated for about 4 months and isn’t even compatible with our WordPress version.

As we have been hacked recently, we are having to be mindful of outdated plugins on our website.

Is this likely to be updated shortly?  Please could you advise?

The Footer and Sections is a part of PixCustom plugin. This plugin is updated only if new functionality is added or errors occur due to wordpress updates.
