How do I edit the overlapping menue at the top?

Is there a way to edit the parameters of that overlapping transparent menu at the top of my home page (Finance)? If so what script or line of code do I need to edit in css? It seems there is no option to configure this.

Why do you use such a large and different logos?

I recommend that you use the correct size of the logo
