Homepage slider buttons unaligned

When you go to the homepage, the two buttons on the slider overlap and look unaligned. Please see attached screenshot and link in private content.

One other question. See the Private Content for the URL, but the portfolio shows 5 images, instead of the 4 items I added, repeating one of the employee’s profiles. Can you fix this so it only shows 4 as the widget says?

Added these two settings https://take.ms/dB4qg. Turn it Off to show 4 slides.
