Header Disappeared

There was a theme update today. After updated, my entire header disappeared. I also need a way to change the dates on the bottom of the footer to just 2019.

Check the footer now.

Header is on it’s place. Try to clean browser cache. Or show me problem section with screenshot.

Okay – the header works now after clearing the cache. The footer still reads 2008-2019.
