Hi, I’m trying to add a Google Tag Manager code to the Header of all pages, but it only displays on Home. I’ve tried several plugins, I’ve tried to edit directly in the theme’s Header file, but it follows the same way, showing the Script only on the home page.
Can you give me access to the wordpress folder via ftp?
This is strange, because this user that I sent has full access to FTP. The same for accessing WordPress that I had previously sent, and you got a 403 error.
What could be happening?
I discovered the problem, my hosting was blocking international FTP access. We are in Brazil, for this reason you were not having access.
Please try again.
Ftp works.
Can you get into the admin panel? Or do you also have a 403 error?
And as I understand, you have one data base for the main site and site from the ‘site’ folder.

I originally made the website in the / site directory
But I migrated to the root directory. I couldn’t understand what I said, are there 2 databases? Is this causing the problem?
No. There is one database for two wordpress. Maybe, it’s a problem. Before that I had no problems with the admin panel. Or you have some regional privacy settings for the wordpress root directory.
Ok, I will delete the files from the / site directory as they are just a copy. Do you think this could be the solution?
