Footer Widget and translation issues

Hello, I wanted to use a regular Footer Widget because the Static Block is not Visual Composer Friendly and coding is something I do not know how work with.

Also wanted to translate the word CALL US on the top header menu and I cant do it neather with plugins like Loco Translate or trying to find the code to change the words, is there a plugin that you recommend for to the translations?
