Is it possible to change the hover links in this specific section I couldn’t see it on backend 🙁

What links do you need to change? Can you show it with a screenshot and page url?

All links in the red circle of the screenshot, as you can see when I pass the mouse the link becomes in black because this color is set up as main color, but the customer required to me the footer background has to be also black. So, my solution is delete hover effect in this section.
