I’ve installed the theme with demo-data, activated all plugins.

But there aren’t icons in Departments block (http://prntscr.com/cqudgj)

How to switch them on?

а где можно посмотреть все icon class, чтобы их корректно вписывать?

Добавить и посмотреть можно в админке или в папке fonts
