Filtering Cars Under "Latest Cars" in a Particular Order

How do you filter the cars in an order that I choose. For example, I want to show “Ferrari” in the “Latest Cars” on the home page, is there way to choose based on “Car Names” to show.

Is it under “Cars Default Order? Because I don’t see my car name.
