Sure,

The problem with the user account was fixed – some plugins were disabled (woocommerce) 🙂

Please have a look on the web and if you have any recommendation or fix to anything else, I appreciate – maybe will be good if the website page speed will be increased.

Thanks for support.

 

I’ve checked the Feedback button and it is linked to contact form. I’m not sure that this is the way to leave the feedback directly to first page as it is in the demo (by the users “Lara Crown” or “Jerry Small”) as it will send directly email to admin page. Where can this reviews be seen and approved and what is the procedure? Can a user (registered or not) leave a feedback directly on the first page as it is in the demo page?

In demo it’s just a button with link.

With this theme user can leave a comment with contact form and than you add it like review in widget.

If you need functionality with direct feedback and approvement then try to find special plugin. We have plans to develop this functionality, but I think that it will be in a month, not earlier.
