error uploading images

After installing a plugin, my wp doesnt show the elements on the media library (it appears loading all the time), and dont let to upload new.

There are two erros:

Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; nelva_pix_flickr_widget has a deprecated constructor in /var/www/vhost/MYHOSTING/home/html/wp-content/themes/nelva/library/functions/widgets.php on line 11

I have just upload it. The errors have gone, but I still cant upload any image.

Can you give me ftp access? It’s not a theme problem. Something is wrong with WordPress files. Even on a standard theme images are not loaded.
