Error 503 service unavailable

Hi,

Since installing the theme all of a sudden I have intermittent 503 service unavailable errors when trying to access the site I have had my provider check the server end and they say no issues, the issue is with the theme.

Can you please advise?

Try to use it now. Maybe the problem was in the .htaccess file. The old one is called .htaccess-, the new one is generated automatically.

It sounds like the theme might be causing server strain or conflicts; try disabling the theme temporarily to confirm if it’s the root cause.
