Error 500 when activating theme

I have 2 questions: 1) I installed this Nordis Medical theme by uploading it with FTP. But as soon as I activate this theme, The page turns blank with some 500 error… Can you please help me with this?

2) Does this them also come with a child-theme, and where can I get that?

Oh, After uploading it again, the theme seems to work correctly! Maybe something to do with the uploading mode… don’t know.

Anyhow, it seems to work. Now only i like to work with a childtheme, is that possible?
