Edits to portfolio do not reflect

Hi, I am using the irepair theme with Elementor. whenever I make edits to the portfolio, they do not reflect when I try viewing them. For example, when I try to edit repairs portfolio item, I see nothing on the frontend.
I am seeking your help on the issue.
Secondly, the appointment form does not show at all. Need help on that too.
Lastly, Is there documentation for mainly that theme so I can refer to it next time? Thanks a lot
