Editing the Theme menu/menu categories

Hi Pitstop team,

I have installed my theme successfully. I have tried a lot of times to find out the department menu. I have gotten the way from Pix setting >> header catalogue. But, I can’t find out how to edit the all products menu itself: https://prnt.sc/7sWw7jvNCcrp – Can you please show me how to add more categories and how to do drag and drop to other menus.
