Easy way to import footer from different theme?

I am using the ‘Health’ theme and the footer is not what I want. I would like to use the footer layout from the ‘Hospital’ theme.

I know how to edit the footer, I am just wondering if there is any easy way to just import the footer layout/design from one theme to another.
