Don't see wp bakery on the cars added admin pages.

Usually when you open the screen settings for a page you see a checkbox for wp-bakery to enable or disable it. But for the cars, reservations, footer & sections & probably more that this theme added, I don’t see it.

How can I enable wp-bakery for these?

I have another question. I’ve translated most of the text in the theme, but I’m having trouble locating the default text for the filters. For example, while I’ve successfully changed the text for “Makes,” “Conditions,” etc., I can’t seem to find where to edit the default text, such as “All Makes.”

The same issue applies to the “10 cars” and “20 cars” options at the top left.
