Doctor's carousel order and submenu

Good morning

We are having some issues regarding Doctor’s carousel order.

But did not see any solution because you fixed the issue via FTP for that user.
I also tried Installing the plugin Custom Taxonomy Order but there I’m not able to see Doctors.

we want to be able to order the appearance of the doctors and we want to be able to display/hide specialties in the filter-button-group that( the submenu for the doctors)

Also i want to be able to get the list of the doctors so I can use it in a form that we will email forward. How are we abled to pick up the list ?
