Doctor's carousel order

Hi!
I want to set the order of appearance on the doctor’s carousel, but I can’t find the right way.

I tried modifying the date and the index, but none of them is working: the last doctor I added to the page is being shown the first one in the carousel, even though its order ID is bigger than the others.
