Demo Import Error 500

Hi, I noticed this issue has been brought up but there aren’t any answers as the solutions are provided privately. I have two issues. 1 has to do with Demo errors, the 2nd has to do with Slider Rev slides not importing.

1. I want to upload demo content so if you could help me out with that it would be highly appreciated! The error does not explain itself: https://cld.wthms.co/oF3iWi

2. Slider Revolution is not showing the slides from Demo, receiving an error on the website

Also, I have spoken to WordPress and they believe the error 500 occurs because Managed WordPress websites have upload_max_filesize setting to 100MB, they have recommended that I reach out to you and inform you of this issue.

Here is what WordPress said:

We have all the variables as above same except for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize, which are set to 100MB each. We cannot make the changes to the server for a single site. I would suggest requesting the theme developer to adjust the theme so that the demo content can be imported within these values.
