Demo import error

Hi, i bought your great themes for my new project and i installed it. But when i try to import demo the system give me “error 500”. I’ve changed all the limit php but i didn’t resolve the problem. I’m a begginer and please if it’s possible to have yours help. (Sorry for my english, i know that isn’t perfect.)
