Demo data import issue

Hi i cant seem to import demo data after installing the theme. i tried all three methods provided in the documentation

1) i tried the all in one wp migration plugin, failed because of the upload file size

2)tried using the theme import option, got a Gateway Timeout error

3)Tried the wordpress Import option – getting a gateway timeout error

My hosting provider is Siteground.
