Unfortunately theme works well and the reason in your hosting. Please contact your hosting provider . This is the default setting for any WordPress template.

If we do, we affect the hole system, and it needs to restart after a big change and it will take so long to reboot a hole datacenter and we’ve got 7 dc, we can’t take downtime sorry man

Unfortunately, you have no reason to refund. The template works correctly. You can not install the demo content and it is a problem of your hosting.
