Demo Content Install failed

I can’t figure out how to install the demo content for this theme. I try to install both Guard-1 and Guard-2 from the /democontent folder but both fail. I’d like to have the demo site as is seen here to work from:http://preview.themeforest.net/item/guard-team-security-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/20001211?_ga=2.259325450.1616021951.1510927460-1912416008.1510927460
