Customizing theme

Hello I’m still kind of new to wordpress and have only really only used 1 theme since joining. Now I was able to upload all the demo content to my site http://guardiansexecutiveprotectionservices.com but I would like to know is there a way for me to customize the “Guardteam” logos and switch them with my own logo? Also how would I resize them?

that didnt work. When I go the appearance there isnt any image at all until I add my own in. Once I added the image it only changed the size of my main site logo and pushes the footer down creating blank space. Everywhere that there is a “GuardTeam” logo I want to put my logo
