Clickable phone number & footer customization

Hi,
I would like to make the phone number clickable how can I do that? Also I need to change the English text in the footer to German. I was only able to change the content in the footer but not the titles. Could you help me out?

Kontakt instead of contact info
Serviceanfrage instead of service inquiry
Unser Standort instead of view map
