Changing size of loaded image in taxonomies

Hi, i’m creating a site using your theme here: http://areadraft.it/sami

I have a problem because on taxonomy pages the image are cut off because of the format of the cut. Actually the size of the cutted image is  380×230 but the problem is that we need to cut the image 380×269. So we need to change this behaviour in the theme code.

Is it possible?
