Changes via Backend editor does not display

Hello Team

We have purchased the theme hoping we will have a cool looking website as the Business demo. I tried helping ourselves via the answers from the support forum but nothing worked in our favor. Can not import the Demo data. Tried editing via visual composer, i was able to create the structure in the backend but nothing reflects as the change in the frontend. Also the nevla elements in the structure are not potent i believe, please help us ASAP. Here is the link FYR http://www.fiolabs.com

I understand that this is kind of frustrating, but please try entering the credentials and the text in the url manually, meaning no copy and paste. Even i run into these kind of situations sometime.

Dear customer , unfortunately I entered the correct password. I need to see at least the error message as here http://take.ms/kwVb4 I think you need to check the blocking of access from other countries. Please contact your hosting provider .

I did contact the hosting provider (Hostgator), they have suggested to clear the cache and try it back.

Thanks for taking extra pain on this. I have re-confirmed with my hosting provider that the admin panel can be accessed from any corner of the world. I did not upload any third party plugins. So this is what i recommend and i am pretty sure that this will work. Follow this process.

1. Clear the cache.

2. type in http://www.fiolabs.com/wp-admin MANUALLY, DO NOT COPY AND PASTE, do not CLICK ON THE LINK AS WELL

3. ENTER THE USERNAME MANUALLY, DO NOT COPY AND PASTE

4. ENTER THE PASSWORD MANUALLY, DO NOT COPY AND PASTE
