Can't upload Theme Nelva

I bought this theme, I read and followed the instructions to upload it to my WP. I found the file Nelva.zip and tried to upload via WP and FTP; unfourtunally none works. After few minute appear an error that say that the link I followed is expired. Could you help me please? In order to give you admin access, please provide an email address.

You need set in php.ini

1. post_max_size=64M
2. upload_max_filesize=64M

Hi Alexey, I contacted my hosting server asking them to help me with the configuration of the php.ini parameter according to your instructions.

They replied that it is not possible to make this change, since my site is on a shared server and making that modification would affect other sites that were also on that server and warned me that if I change the parameters, they can give me download my site

Is there an alternative that you can give me to use the theme that I bought?

Hi Alexey,

Now the theme is uploaded. Im so happy. I installed all the recommended plugins, but it was not possible install  the Visual CSS Style Editor plugin. The message says “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided”.

If its possible you could help me?
