Can't edit / remove containers with yellow pencil

Hello,

on my page http://nxtexp.com/startup

I can’t remove container at the top above rev slider. Yellow pencil won’t let me edit text or even remove the header from the page. Why is this?

I want what i am circling in the picture removed (The red outlined container).

I just wan that rev slider at the top with the overlay menu like my home page or

this page http://nxtexp.com/multipurpose/

I was able to get rid of it by setting the template on the page editor to “Home”

Still can’t figure out why yellow pencil won’t let me remove containers. It doesn’t work like the demo videos show.
