Calculator customization

Hello,

i would like to do some customizations on the calculator based on how we calculate motor insurance.

Calculator

 

Private Vehicles – type of vehicle

Comprehensive – type of motor insurance

Saloon/Station Wagon – vehicle type

Rates used 3.5% on Value of the  vehicle + 18% Vat

now i would want a field where a user can input the value of the vehicle based on the value it should calculate 3.5% of the amount and add 18%tax to it and then show the price.

okay so what i would like is first the customer will choose

1. insurance category – example (motor insurance)

2. insurance type – example (third party or comprehensive)

3. if it is third party the amount should show 180,000tshs

4. if they choose comprehensive then an input box should show which will allow them to put value of the vehicle

5. finally if it is comprehensive then it should calculate the value of the vehicle * 3.5% * 1.18

6. show total amount

can you help me with this i tried and i cant figure out a way to do this.

okay so as per the info in the vehicle value and insurance type fields it should show 180000 if chosen third party and for comprehensive it should calculate with the value provided but the price is not showing it shows NaN as shown in the attachement

okay it seems like it works now, also one quick question how to send those all calculator details to an email showing all insurance calculator fields including the price?
