I would like to configure the calculator to request other information from the user (name, email and/or phone number) and send all their information, including the calculator options selected, via email.  Basically the idea is to turn the calculator into a conversion form.  Is this something that can be done?

    Okay – that works!  🙂

Now I’m trying to configure it to subtract a certain amount from the total premium estimate if certain options are selected.  For instance:

    • Above average health: subtract $10
    • Average health: add $0
    • Below average health: add $10

Is this possible with the calculator?

    Hi.

Use value -10 in the price field. And replace the file idlike/vc_templates/pix_calculator.php

I had already added the negative price in the field, but it didn’t work until I uploaded your upgraded PHP file.  Thanks!

New problem!  I want to set up a field that will introduce a multiplier based on the user’s selected age.  The multiplier would use a number out to two decimal places, such as 2.31 or 1.97.  The calculator field creator won’t accept any decimal values besides 3.38.  Can you assist?

Fixed. Clear the browser cache before check.
