Bad quality pictures

What do I need to do in order to increase the quality of these pictures. If you look at these pictures, the quality is really bad, however pictures are high quality.

However, on the other it is still disordered

Now it’s everything fine, however I found this problem on “Lichterfelde” page (http://www.casa-dentalis.de/lichterfelde/), that not every team member is showed correctly..(screenshot attached). On the example is for example Keks Schulz is showed correctly, however other ones are not
