An Issue and a Question

Hi,

I am using this theme on a new website implementation that is staging right now.  I’m having an issue with the accordion control when I have more than one on the same page.  It does not open and close correctly.  Please see it at this link and let me know if this can be resolved :

Also, can you provide the static block for the footer that is in the demo?  Can it be downloaded and imported?  I am trying to make my footer like the one in the demo but with no luck.
