Amount Box Position and Other

Hi how are you? Sorry for bothering you again, i have 2 problems:

1) Problem with the amount box stats. The first column is always lower than second and third column, what is the problem? (see attach images)

2) How can i change the name of Services to Servicios? (see attached)

3) How can i change the pages listed on the footer? (attached)

1) Change Services to Servicios.

2) Change Doctors to Doctores.

3) Is there a way to remove the arrow of each service? I dont something to be clicked on.
