You can only change services_category to another word, like services-category or servcat or smth like that. For this see this ticket.

thanks a lot i tried i didn’t have any chnace i get an error all what i need to do is to change the underscore to slash this how it looks now services_category    i would like to change it too services/category

Maybe this plugin Yoast SEO will be useful. It can make custom url.
