Hi

i have 2 big probleme

i have i one page website

 

i have 6 item menu

probleme 1 :

the page is not scroling to the next menu  when i clik on  ,
when a clik on about us for example irs supose to scroling but in my case its not

 

probleme 2 :

 

i want have a fixed menu . the menu desepere when i clik in others menu item

i want it fixe
