Thanks for taking extra pain on this. I have re-confirmed with my hosting provider that the admin panel can be accessed from any corner of the world. I did not upload any third party plugins. So this is what i recommend and i am pretty sure that this will work. Follow this process.
1. Clear the cache.
2. type in http://www.fiolabs.com/wp-admin MANUALLY, DO NOT COPY AND PASTE, do not CLICK ON THE LINK AS WELL
3. ENTER THE USERNAME MANUALLY, DO NOT COPY AND PASTE
4. ENTER THE PASSWORD MANUALLY, DO NOT COPY AND PASTE
