I found a “solution” modifying “section_services_cat.php” file at line 29:

$args = array( 'taxonomy' => 'services_category', 'hide_empty' => '0', 'include' => $cats, <strong>'orderby' => 'ID' , 'order' => 'ASC'</strong>);

It may be a solution?
