Hamburger/Mobile menu not displaying

Hi.

My Hamburger/Mobile will not display. When I press the Hamburger Icon, it turns to an X but does not display the Menu.

I have set the main-nav (my primary menu) to display in mobile (see attachments).

Hi, thank you. This solves the issue more or less. I was unaware that resizing the viewport does not trigger the mobile menu.

If you have time for another quick question, how can I implement the Call To Action like in the examples on Envato? There is always the page title and breadcrumbs displayed in front of the Background image. I found no way to customize this myself without loading the demo data and there is nothing in the theme documentation.
