not able to import demo pages

i have tried so many things but not able to install demo content.
i have install theme more then 5 time but it’s only show sample page and privacy page. kindly guide me we have to deliver this to our clients this week.

Standard and extended support does not include communication via messenger or phone. Only in the case of paid customization, which costs $25/hour.
