Import Demo Data Error

I am trying to import the demo data, but it keeps giving me the following error:
Error: Internal server error(500)
Please note that I have checked the php settings, and they are as below:
max_execution_time = 1200
max_input_time = 1200
memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 2047M
post_max_size = 2047M
variables_order = EGPCS

Also, following the documentation, I have tried to use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin to migrate the content, but it gets stuck at 100% without migrating the content.
