Header problem and brand icons

Hi, i have a problem with my header,it’s loocks like that,what i must to add in custom css to solve it?

Next problem is with the thumbnail of the brands,after i press upload image and add image is not showing nothing,i attach a video bellow

What the screen resolution and what the browse do you use?

Check the Brand image.

The brand image is ok now, but steel have problem with the header,if i set browser resolution to 90% it’s ok, if i live it on 100% it loocks like that.

1’st image is made on chrome and mozilla, and 2’nd one is made in chrome
