One Click Demo Import not working

The theme is installed in the back end, I tried doing the demo install as I have with a number of other themes with no luck. I have Bluehost on two different days with two different support people help. They tried everything even as far as going into my hosting control panel and loading from the back end with no luck.

Support also maxed out my PHP limits, so I upload anything.

The Error I am receiving (Error 500)
