NORDIS – HOSPITAL ERROR 502 WHEN IMPORT DEMO DATA

Dear support, when I click to import demo data on hospital theme, I received Error 502 (I think bad gateway).

My production environment is linux with php 7.3 and 50gb hdd wp 5.4.1

How to solve?
