WPBakery not working on Pix Sections

Hello!

I have installed the theme on my website, however, when I go to Pix Sections to edit the footer, the option to visualise with WPBakery is not available.

I am only able to see WPBakery shortcodes which visually does not make any sense.

How can I correct this so that it allows me to edit the footer sections?
