Please, check your hosting settings or ask your provider about it. The page load time on default wp theme it not fast https://take.ms/vwX3y and check the host settings.

It should be
https://secureservercdn.net/wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css
instead of
https://secureservercdn.net/160.153.137.218/93q.154.myftpupload.com/wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css
