Setting Buttons are not working

Hello

As i was working on my website, i noticed that some buttons are not working, which are really important for me. The problem is found by WPBakery Page Builder (look at the picture attached).

When i want to change an option, the buttons are shown, but i can not change anything.

What is the problem there and what can i do, that i can use these buttons?

Please, replace files with attached:
irepair/css/custom-admin.css
irepair/library/core/admin/js/customizer-control.js
