Customizer doesn't work

I installed theme Solutech and updated one page (main). But when trying to update header, widgets, ectc, customizer doesnt show any option.

Please advise

Hi.

Please, replace the files with attached:
solutech/pixtheme/admin/css/custom-admin.css
solutech/pixtheme/admin/js/customizer-control.js
